WHY GIRLS WHO MEAN BUSINESS EXISTS
Too many young women leave university with degrees but without direction.
They graduate without:
- Career clarity
- Practical preparation for the marketplace
- Confidence to lead or earn
- Exposure to real opportunities
- A support system to guide the transition
The result?
Slow starts, confusion, wasted potential, and years spent “figuring things out.”
Girls Who Mean Business Club exists to bridge the gap between school and the real world – intentionally, early, and at scale.

From the Leaders' Retreat to this very moment, I've experienced growth in ways I never imagined.
Meeting amazing women who share similar goals and visions, watching us bring our ideas to life and having the opportunity to serve other women has truly filled my heart.
Being part of this club has been deeply fulfilling, and I’m incredibly excited for all the amazing things still to come.

Being a member of GWMB has brought out qualities in me that I didn’t know existed.
As the VP, People and Culture, it has made me develop better skills in dealing with people, working with the Social Media team has brought out my creativity, and I have learnt how to delegate better to avoid being burnt out.I have also learnt how to plan and organize events better by being a member of the planning committee.Girls Who Mean Business is providing me with the push I needed to see that I can achieve more than I think I can. The community also gave me many gorgeous sisters to guide me in my journey of self discovery.I really love it here 🌸❤️

Hello👋
My name is Bello Ibukunoluwa Helen and I can attest to the fact that GWMB has changed my life in ways I couldn't even imagine. The change started with helping recognize glass ceilings I didn't even know existed and helping me heal from them. I have also met wonderful people in this organisation, who are not just like minded people but my sisters.
Being part of GWMB has truly empowered me to dream bigger, show up boldly, and take intentional steps toward the future I envision. I’m deeply grateful for the positive change that GWMB has brought into my life.
Thank you, GWMB
Thank you, Mrs Seunfunmi
